Yes, it was originally envisioned as a printed encyclopedia, under the capable editorship of Mary Hilson. This never came about, but the good news is that the contents are now available online free of charge, and this format makes continuous improvements, adjustments and additions easy. It is published and edited by the ReNEW research hub (Reimagining Norden in an Evolving World).

So here it is – a useful, annotated and accessible resource for scholars, students and others interested in the Nordic region.
